1. Purpose of Video

By participating in this music video experience, you consent to having a video of yourself recorded by a vendor commissioned by Sol de Janeiro. These images will be used exclusively for Sol de Janeiro Coachella music experience and will not be repurposed for any other purpose, such as marketing, promotional, or commercial use.

The video will be taken using a camera and available to you privately via QR code.

Brand logos, names, or trademarks on the backdrop do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Participants agree to behave appropriately in the video and not use the images in a way that suggests any association without prior written consent.

2. Ownership of video

All videos taken during the music video experience are the intellectual property of the video provider. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the videos strictly for personal purposes. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the videos is prohibited without prior written consent from the video provider.

3. Ownership of Sol de Janeiro’s Trademarks and Intellectual Property

All brand logos, names, trademarks, and other visual elements appearing on the backdrop remain the exclusive property of Sol de Janeiro. Their use is strictly limited to the context of this event and does not transfer any ownership rights to the Participants or third parties.

4. Data Retention

Videos will be deleted within 30 days after the event and will not be retained beyond.

5. Access & Sharing

Videos will not be available for individual retrieval online. Guests will receive a digital copy via email during the event.

6. Privacy & Data Rights

A video of your person is processed by Sol de Janeiro, as data controller, based on your consent, for the purposes detailed in this authorization. Your personal data will be processed by affiliated companies of Sol de Janeiro and trusted third parties and will be kept in this context for the duration mentioned in this document. You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, or limitation of your personal data, as well as a right to object and of withdrawal of your consent for the use of your personal data, at any time. 7. Participation is Voluntary

If you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from participating in the music video experience.
