appearance release +  waiver of liability

By tapping to continue, I grant to IMG Models, LLC, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns (“IMG”), the right to record and/or use my name, image, likeness, voice together with any other material ("Materials") in connection with the IMG Models Studios program, NYFW or related purposes for IMG, in any media whether now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity, including, without limitation, in marketing, social media, promotions and publicity materials.  I understand that the Materials may be published on IMG's websites, social channels or in any other media in perpetuity (whether or not owned by IMG).   I understand that I am not being compensated  for my participation.

I agree that IMG shall have the right to cut, edit, add to, arrange, rearrange or revise the Materials.  I hereby waive any so-called “moral rights” or analogous rights as I now have or hereafter acquire in the Materials. In no event will I have the right to enjoin the development, distribution or exploitation of the Materials.

I have the right to request that IMG remove my name, image and likeness from the Materials at any time by giving IMG notice in writing.

I acknowledge that my participation in the IMG Models Studios event at NYFW in February 2024 (the “Event”).  My participation is voluntary and I agree to abide by all instructions provided by IMG or its agents.  I hereby expressly waive, release and agree to hold harmless IMG and each of its directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims or damages of any kind, arising from my participation in the Event.
