user agreement
By pressing the [“Arrow”] button to continue and permitting this digital camera system ("HYPNO") to capture and transmit your image, (a) you agree you are age 13 or older OR that if the user is a child under 13 years old, you are the parent/guardian of the child (b) you agree that you are granting to HOLD STILL INC, along with its clients, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees and providers (collectively, “Company”), the absolute, perpetual and worldwide right and permission to record and make use of your name, image, likeness, voice, identity, point-of-view, performance, interview and/or any other material concerning you which may be obtained by or on behalf of Company in connection with this digital camera system (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner or media, including, without limitation, marketing, social, promotional and publicity materials. You hereby waive, discharge and release Company from any and all rights, liabilities, claims and causes of action whatsoever which you may now or hereafter be entitled to assert against Company in connection with such use of the Materials.
Mobile Agreement
By providing your mobile number and pressing the ["Arrow"] button to continue, you consent to receive text messages from HYPNO (or its provider, on its behalf) containing links to and/or a digital copies of your Materials. You agree that you are age 18 or older and that you have the permission of the holder of the mobile number you have entered. The phone number you enter will be used to send this requested text message in accordance with this with HOLD STILL INC’s Privacy Policy in the QR code below. Message & Data Rates May Apply.
Email Agreement
